Beginning DADGAD Guitar

This workshop will be an introduction to Irish-style DADGAD tuning. Start by learning how to move to DADGAD tuning from standard tuning. Then grasp the basic DADGAD chord shapes with an emphasis on backing fiddle tunes, and build on those chords while exploring alternate voicings, right-hand technique, and chord theory. Also, learn to flat-pick some tunes, working out a number of chord possibilities for each, and touch on arranging. Previous experience in DADGAD is not necessary. Please bring a capo.
