Seattle Harp Orchestra

The Seattle Harp Orchestra is currently on hiatus, but we we'd like to hear from you if you're interested in becoming involved. Please call Laurie Riley at 360-840-5264.

The Seattle Harp Orchestra welcomes harpers and harpists of all skill levels. Each piece of music has parts for beginner, intermediate, and more challenging advanced parts. We play Celtic, folk, pop, ethnic, early music, and more. We are not strict about attendance - come as often as you can. To join, just show up!

There is plenty of parking that is free for the first 90 minutes (with purchase at PCC natural foods store) in the underground lot one block west of Dusty Strings (drive into the alley behind PCC and turn right into the lot under the building). There is also two-hour free parking on streets nearby, especially in the blocks beyond PCC on 34th.

Dusty Strings staff can help to bring your harp down the stairs at Dusty Strings if you cannot get it down yourself (call when you arrive upstairs: 206-634-1662). Dusty Strings also has a few harps that can be rented by the session for $8, on a first-come first-served basis.
