Combine the essence of folk music with dozens of ukuleles-to-lend and a simple, stress-free approach to making music and you have Kate Power & Steve Einhorn's popular Ukalaliens® Uke & Sing! This 3rd-Sunday event at Dusty Strings is a singalong that teaches beginners how to play, sing, and make beautiful music. Bring your voices and/or the instruments you play to join this monthly music gathering using songs from the Americana songbook and chops from two folksingers who live to harmonize, ready to tune and teach a room full of people how to make beautiful music with everybody.

Fun, entertaining and full of surprises. All instruments and voices welcome. Featured guests inevitable. No experience necessary. No need to sign up - just show up!

Ukalaliens II
1:45-2:45 p.m., $25
Learn technique for left and right hand and bring it together in songs. Two musicians with a lifetime of know-how will help you develop your musicality using song structure, harmony, and arrangements of songs from many genres. This class is designed for advanced beginners wishing to develop skill and confidence.
