Private Lessons
One-on-one lessons are available for Guitar, Mandolin, Banjo, Fiddle, Voice, Ukulele, Harp, Hammered Dulcimer, and Mountain Dulcimer. Private lessons provide the most individual attention and accelerated learning, and are the perfect choice for people who prefer that personal connection with a teacher. Our staff can also assist with finding the right teacher who will fit your schedule and help you learn the music you love most.

Workshops
Workshops are on Saturday and Sunday, are generally two hours long, cover a wide range of styles, genres, instruments, and levels of difficulty (although most are beginning to intermediate), and are the best way to explore a new style of music or to focus on one topic. Our workshop instructors feature local talent and touring musicians from around the world.

Classes
Classes run on a quarterly basis and provide a steady pace for learning a new instrument or musical style. Getting together once a week for 4 to 8 weeks allows the student to delve into topics more deeply, explore and practice skills and concepts more fully, and in the end absorb the information more completely.

Rent an Instrument
If you don’t own an instrument, you can rent a guitar, mandolin, banjo, hammered dulcimer or harp from us. These instruments are the same quality, styles and models available in our store, but come with an added value: the first four months of rent can apply to the purchase of a new instrument of your choice.
