Mail order: instruments shipped out have a 48 hour, full refund, return policy. See Instrument Mail Order for details.
Store purchases: customers have 10 days to return an instrument for a full refund. Instrument must be in new condition without warranty being filed and customer must have receipt. Modifications to the instrument, like a pickup installation, voids refund.
Other Items
Accessories: customer has 10 days to return any accessory. Customer must have receipt and the product must have its original packaging and be in new condition.
Books, CD’s and DVD’s: there are no refunds. Our staff is always available to help out and be sure you are getting exactly what you want.
Harmonicas: Washington State health regulations prohibit the return of harmonicas. We do have a tester available in store and will test every harmonica prior to shipping and make sure it is in perfect working order.
